Aromatics of white flowers, pink lady apple, fresh honey, pineapple and lemon curd. The palate weight is the real star of the show, offset by a tantalising and lean acid line. There’s a drive of preserved lemon, with hints of stinging nettles, honeydew melon and banana.

"Fresh and crisp with an unoffensive cleanliness, the palate is sterile and linear with crisp fresh acid and a touch of sweet tropical fruit while this wine is certainly not a textural wine it has the faintest grippy textural finish that makes you reach for more."
"Awesome fresh yet textural wine."
