100% Riesling fruit from a single site in the cool climate region of Eden Valley. Unlike many Australian Rieslings, 50% of the juice was fermented in old, large French oak, with the remaining 50% of the juice fermented in stainless. Following fermentation, the component in old French oak remained for 6 month to build complexity before blending and bottling.
