92% Cabernet and 8% Merlot fruit sourced from our own Loom Vineyard in the McLaren Vale region. Fermentation was carried out on skins with two pump-overs daily to ensure good extraction. Following fermentation, the wine went into neutral French and American oak for 16 months, with a small portion put in new French oak to impart further flavour and complexity.
