Dark and alluring with savoury characters of pepper, mixed spice & herb, creamy oak and dark fruits. A savoury profile including black pepper, spice and a hint of sweet dark chocolate on top of dark black ripe fruits. Creamy fine grain oak tannins, rounding acidity and a lovely warming dry finish.

100% Shiraz fruit sourced from our own old-vine, single site LOOM vineyard in McLaren Vale. Fermentation took place on skins in 2 tonne fermenters with two pump-overs daily until dry. The wine was then transferred to a mix of French and American oak, of which 30% was new, to build complexity.
