Pronounced aromas showing lifted pear, lychee and crisp apple cider before a touch of salinity. The palate is fresh and tight, with impressive hits of lemon and lime acidity. The mid palate is tightly structured with apple and pear, before touches of curd that keep the wine lively and structured. Towards the end enjoy slight secondary characters that slide into a seamless crisp finish.
